 Welcome to Touch Tone Teller - Our 24/7 Audio Response System!

Touch Tone Teller is an "audio response system" that allows you to access your Financial Plus Federal Credit Union account from any touch tone telephone. You can check balances, transfer funds and more 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 


Touch Tone Teller features include:
  • Obtain your account balances
  • Review recent account transactions
  • Obtain balance and recent transactions on your Financial Plus VISA credit card account (note credit card account is part of the loan menu)
  • Transfer funds ... within your account
  • Transfer funds ... to another member’s account (which you have pre-authorized)
  • Make a loan payment or get a loan advance
  • Withdraw funds ... a check will be sent only to your home address that you have on file with us
  • Obtain dividend information
  • Change your Access Code
 
New Feature — A new feature of Touch Tone Teller is cross-account transfers – the ability to transfer money from your account to another Financial Plus account. If you have authorized this type of transfer for Home Financial Services (our online banking program) you will have immediate access to this feature. Otherwise, contact us to arrange for transfers to another Financial Plus account.

To use Touch Tone Teller, you need

  • A touch tone telephone
  • Your Financial Plus account number
  • Your Touch Tone Teller access code (PIN #)
  • Action Codes and your Account Types (See MENU below)
Touch Tone Teller can be reached by dialing (800) 234-5884.
 
To get access to Touch Tone Teller, you need

If you have not obtained your personal access code, just call Member Services at (810) 244-2200 (select option 7, then option 3). If you have an Electronic Services application on file, we’ll activate Touch Tone Teller for your account and send your personal access code. Or, complete an Electronic Services application for access to all of our electronic services.

Touch Tone Teller Safety
 
To use Touch Tone Teller you must know your account number and your personal Touch Tone Teller access code (PIN #). Your account safety is ensured because Touch Tone Teller transactions only work within your personal account OR to other Financial Plus account which you have pre-authorized. If you request a check be sent to you, it will only be sent to your address of record. Also, all Touch Tone Teller transactions will appear on your Financial Plus statement.
