Your Statement is in the Mail - Email, That Is!

Now you can get your monthly credit union statement electronically. This means no more waiting for the statement to arrive in the mail.

Here’s how it works. Each month, you will receive – usually on the 1st or 2nd day of the month – an e-mail notice that your statement is ready. Then just logon to our Home Financial Services (HFS), then select the "History" button, then click on the E-Statement" button. The statement will appear just like the current printed statement including the reconciliation form. You will also be able to view our newsletter.

In addition to the current month’s statement, you will also have access to statements for the preceding several months. For permanent records, you will have the option to print your statement or save it on disk.

All you need to access your monthly statement electronically are:
  • access to the internet (with a recent internet browser)
  • access to Home Financial Services (HFS)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (may be downloaded at no charge)
To enroll for E-Statement ...
You must be enrolled in Home Financial Services (HFS)!  Access HFS and select "History".  Then select "E-Statement" to complete the enrollment process.  Once enrolled, your next monthly statement will be provided via E-Statement.

If you are not already enrolled in HFS, you must complete the E-Services Authorization and Agreement. You can download a copy (click here to download the PDF – Adobe Acrobat – file), or call the credit union (810-244-2200 or toll free 800-748-0451) and we will send you a copy. Complete the E-Services Authorization and Agreement, and mail it back to us. We’ll complete your enrollment and send you your access code.
