Sign-up Instructions:
If you already are enrolled in our online banking service – Home Financial Services (HFS), you may enroll in BillPay Plus by sending us a message from within HFS using the "Message Board" feature. Simply logon to HFS, select "Message Board", and leave us a simple message (something like "Please enroll me in BillPay Plus."). We will setup and activate BillPay Plus for your account – usually within 2 business days.
If you are not enrolled in our online banking service – Home Financial Services (HFS), please complete the Electronic Services Application. Click here to download the Electronic Services Application. Complete the application, then mail it back or return it to one of our offices.
Details about BillPay Plus
BillPay Plus is the easy, convenient and fast way to pay your bills. No more writing checks, buying stamps and trips to mail your payments. Once you've setup a bill (this step is also very easy), just a few clicks and the bill is paid.
BillPay Plus is now combined with Home Financial Services (HFS) - it's the one-stop shop for online banking with Financial Plus! Please note: Pop-Ups must be allowed for this service to work. You will need to disable pop-up blocking for the HFS and BillPay Plus Web sites.
With BillPay Plus, you can pay your bills electronically. Imagine ... not  having to write the check ... no postage stamp ... and not having to mail the payment.
How does BillPay Plus work?**
Access Home Financial Services (HFS) from any computer with internet access. Access BillPay Plus by selecting the "Bill Pay" button. Once you're enrolled in BillPay Plus, you can:
• Set up the name, address and account number of the parties you wish to pay.
• Schedule a payment to be made today or on a future date.
• Review history of payments made.
How and when are the payments made?
If the party you need to pay can accept an electronic (ACH) payment, your payment is processed and made electronically within 2 business days. If the party cannot accept electronic payments, your payment will be made in the form of a check and processed within 5 business days. You will need to allow additional time when adding a new payee.
New Service for BillPay Plus!
BillPay Plus now has the option of paying your bills with our new Expedited Payments feature. With Expedited Payments, we guarantee you will never pay a late fee for a properly scheduled payment!*
With Expedited Payments you can:
· Pay your bills at the last minute
· Have your payments post on the same business day
· Avoid late fees, penalties, or interruption of service
By not paying your bills online, you are missing out on many conveniences that will simplify your life! To make an Expedited Payment or a regular bill payment (guaranteed to arrive at your merchant in 2-5 days*), just visit our web site, login to the online service, and click on the payments tab to schedule a payment.
Is there a fee for BillPay Plus?
Effective January 1, 2008, our online bill pay program– BillPay Plus – is now “free*.” Yes, there is qualifier (*) to receive BillPay Plus free. BillPay Plus is free if you pay at least four (4) bills online each month. Any month a member pays three (3) or fewer bills online, the member will be charged a $3.00 fee on the last day of the month.
Members enrolling in BillPay Plus will be given extra time to set up and begin paying bills online before the fee is assessed. The fee will be waived the month of enrollment and the month following enrollment to allow members the opportunity to setup and pay 4 or more bills during a month to avoid the $3.00 monthly fee. To help kick off FREE* BillPay Plus, we are waiving the $3.00 monthly fee through March 2008.
How do I sign up for BillPay Plus?
If you don’t have HFS access, you can download theto complete and return to the credit union.
